House to Begin Discussions on DFA Replacement


The House Financial Services Committee has set an April 26 hearing date to begin discussions on Rep. Jeb Hensarling’s (R-TX) proposed legislation, the Financial Choice Act, to replace Dodd-Frank and curtail the powers of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Wall Street Journal reported.
