No Parade for Employers: NLRB Judge Invalidates Several Policies in Macy’s Handbook | Employment Matters Blog.

Privacy, confidentiality, and related clauses in the Macy’s employee handbook violated Section 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act. Essentially, employee adherence to these sections in the employee handbook, would restrict an employee’s Section 7 activities.

The language is pretty standard.
