Bikers are wearing small cameras in increasing numbers to document dust-ups with car drivers resulting in criminal charges against car drivers for hit and runs. Check out this YouTube video of a hit and run caught by a “Biker Cam” that is cited in the article.

I would like to see the percentage of arrests made from citizen operated cameras v. government operated cameras. That might be an interesting stat.
