Google Adjust Privacy Policy in South Korea


Google is making some changes to its new privacy policy in South Korea. Query whether this opens the door for other regulators to demand the same? They probably would have anyways, but if you grant a request like this once, it can be hard to say no later, even when the law and facts are different. Good advocacy and a deep understanding of local regulations in the multitude of jurisdictions in which it operates, will be necessary to hold back the flood gates.
