I’d write a summary, but why do it when someone else has written a fantastic one. For those signing up for cloud services, you will want to make sure that the authority of the cloud service provider is not so pervasive that they can go into your content “willy-nilly” (not a legal term- yet). Allowing a cloud service provider unlimited access to content could destroy the Fourth Amendment right. I’m waiting for the court case where the individual does not have a contract directly with the cloud services provider- a business model that is growing.
